It's not only important that your cake looks amazing, it must taste incredible too! All cakes at the Marbeca Bakery are made using the finest quality ingredients such as Madagascan vanilla, Belgian chocolate and cocoa, sweet cream butter and free-range eggs, to name just a few. Each cake is freshly baked to order, ensuring you get the best tasting cakes possible.

Rich fruit cake packed with dried fruits, spices and a good kick of cognac (please order at least 12 weeks in advance)

All cakes are covered with a thin layer of dark, milk or white (vanilla) couverture chocolate ganache depending on the cake flavour, and then covered with fondant. This allows us to achieve a smooth, clean edge on your cake.
PLEASE NOTE: Fruit cakes should be ordered at least 12 weeks in advance and will incur an additional charge.
